Banana Recipes – Banana smoothies are delicious, naturally thick this will let you milkshake like consistency. Yummy! This doesn’t mean they are not healthy. If you prefer you can substitute soy or almond milk for the dairy milk. It is also advisable to use ripe bananas, so if your bananas are becoming over-ripe just toss them inside blender for a smoothy. These smoothies are quite simple to produce. Enjoy!

Recipe Banana Nut bread:

  • 1/3 cup quinoa flakes
  • 2/3 cup quinoa flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup blond cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup white rice flour
  • 2 oz coarsely chopped chocolate
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tbsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 7 tbsp butter (melted and slightly cooled)
  • 2 ripe bananas

Banana Recipes – Baked banana bread, like all baked goodies, will transform your kitchen into aroma heaven. And it’s much less complicated as apple pie or chocolate mousse. I tried this just lately and I was amazed that a good 6-year old kid can perform this. This recipe is really fantabulous, so just try it.

  • 1/3 cup quinoa flakes
  • 2/3 cup quinoa flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup blond cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup white rice flour
  • 2 oz coarsely chopped chocolate
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tbsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 7 tbsp butter (melted and slightly cooled)
  • 2 ripe bananas

Banana Recipes – Instructions:

  • Prepare piecrust mix, following label directions, or make pastry out of your favorite single-crust recipe.
  • Roll out to a 12-inch round on a lightly floured pastry cloth or board; go with a 9-inch pie plate. Trim overhang lo inch; turn under, flush with rim; flute to generate a stand-up edge. Prick shell well throughout which has a fork.
  • Bake in hot oven (425*) fifteen minutes, or until golden; cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Mix sugar, flour and salt inside a medium-size heavy saucepan; slowly stir in scalded milk. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until mixture thickens and boils 1 minute; remove from heat.
  • Beat eggs inside a small bowl; slowly stir in a generous 1/2 cup from the hot mixture; stir back to remaining mixture in pan. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat 3 minutes, or until mixture thickens again and mounds softly; remove from heat. Stir in butter or margarine and vanilla; cool.
  • Peel 1 from the bananas and slice; place in a very layer in cooled pastry shell; pour in half from the filling. Repeat with another banana and remaining lilling. Chill four to five hours, or until set
  • Just before serving, peel remaining banana and slice diagonally; arrange slices in a very rosette in center of pie. Top with a few spoonfuls with the JUBILEE SAUCE; serve remaining sauce separately. Nofe-lf you would like tomake a pricy edge over pastry shell, prepare 1 package piecrust mix. Roll out half; squeeze into pie plate; trim overhang flush with rim. Roll out remaining pastry to some strip, 18×2; trim edges even, then cut lengthwise into four 1/2-inch-wide strips. Moisten rim of pastry shell with water; twist each two strips of pastry together make around rim; press lightly with fingertip to support set up. Bake any remaining pastry for nibbles.
